These terms govern access to and use of the Sniperdrive website and application.

1. Service

Sniperdrive is a tool for searching, processing, and exporting publicly available business data. The service may use external API providers, including Outscraper, to retrieve and enrich results. Features, packages, sources, and pricing may change from time to time as the service evolves.

2. User account

Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, for safeguarding their login credentials, and for activity performed through their account. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported without delay.

3. Acceptable use

  • you may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures, or disrupt service availability
  • you are responsible for using queries, exports, and results in accordance with applicable laws, GDPR, electronic communications rules, anti-spam rules, and your internal policies
  • you may not use results for unlawful marketing, spam, harassment, fraud, discrimination, infringement of third-party rights, or activities that may harm Sniperdrive, data providers, or third parties

4. Outreach and further processing

Sniperdrive provides the tool and search results, but users decide independently how they will use the results afterwards. Users are responsible for the lawful basis for contacting, message content, opt-outs, consent or objection records, and any further processing of exported data in their own systems.

5. Packages and billing

Some functionality may require payment, account balance, or a selected package. Users are responsible for reviewing cost estimates, selected columns, data depth, and package terms before confirming an order.

6. Accuracy, availability, and external sources

The service is provided on an availability basis and depends on technical systems, external API providers, and public data sources. Sniperdrive does not guarantee that every data point will be accurate, complete, current, or available at all times. Users should verify important data before making business decisions or contacting third parties.

7. Limitation of liability
